We're pleased to announce that we have just begun distributed digital rewards for the Unholy Ruin campaign! All backers with completed surveys that are owed digital rewards should be receiving an email soon from BackerKit with details on where to download your digital rewards.

To summarize, here is what is being distributed:

• Lady Death, Zack the Zombie Exterminator and La Muerta Digital Editions (distributed to qualifying pledges)
• Doomsday Digital CD with PDF cover and liner notes (distributed to all backers that pledged towards a physically-shipping reward)

We have over 4,400 email notifications to blast for this campaign, so please allow 1-2 hours to receive your download email.

If anyone believes we have missed anything with their digital rewards, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].

Lady Death: Unholy Ruin #1 - Update!

Greetings All,

Are you ready?! 

We will publish digital rewards this Thursday (tomorrow)!

And we "officially" being shipping rewards this Friday Nov. 17. 

There are "rumors" that we have begun shipping (see pic below), but I can neither confirm or deny these rumors : )

Some friendly reminders:

How long will this take? - it will take us about 13 business days to ship all rewards (approximately from Nov 17- Dec. 6th). 

Tracking - Once your reward is shipped, you will receive a tracking notice.

Shipping Time - Please allow time for your reward to get to you (we ship from Arizona). Shipping times vary by country / state.

Upon Receipt - please do "unboxing videos" / "mail call videos", post pics on social -- tell the world you got the goods!!!!

Just wanted to share that we have received the Lady Death: Unholy Ruin #1 Hardcovers (which I'll sign today).

We are still on track to begin shipping on / right around November 13th!

We are locking down backer surveys today!

Greetings, everyone!

Time is running out! We will be locking down backer surveys for the Unholy Ruin campaign this evening at 6:00PM MST (Arizona Time)!

Our records indicate that we still have 87 backers with incomplete surveys. We cannot ship rewards to backers with incomplete surveys!

Just as a reminder, surveys for Unholy Ruin are being conducted through BackerKit instead of Kickstarter. If you don't believe you received your email invitation with a link to your survey from BackerKit, please contact us ASAP at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you with a direct link to your survey.

We posted an update when we launched surveys on October 9. This update contains a lot of important information explaining things such as over-pledge add-ons.

Also please be advised that our Preorder Store for Unholy Ruin on BackerKit will also close this evening at 6:00PM MST (Arizona Time). Remember, this store is intended for folks who missed the Unholy Ruin campaign while it was running here on Kickstarter.
